The playtine Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and enforced by PAGCOR. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. playtine reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. playtine makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from using gambling services.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) playtine account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. playtine reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. playtine will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify playtine immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
playtine is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by playtine as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
playtine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. playtine does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
Deposits are generally credited to your playtine account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. playtine is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. playtine reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals.
All transactions on the playtine Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). playtine does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by playtine are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.
playtine reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
playtine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable specific terms.
All games on the playtine Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The results of all games are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by playtine or any third party.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, playtine reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. playtine's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify playtine's support team within seven (7) days of the disputed game round. playtine will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The outcome of playtine's investigation is final and binding.

All content on the playtine Platform — including but not limited to the playtine name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of playtine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of playtine.
playtine collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
playtine implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and playtine cannot guarantee absolute security.
playtine will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

playtine's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
playtine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your playtine account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact playtine's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
playtine's operations are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with playtine may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
